90-day money-back guarantee

You can try your Bellvo product for 90 days from the day you receive it. If you are not happy with it, write to us at mybellvo@outlook.com with your order number. We send you the return instructions, you send the item back, and we refund the purchase price.

Items returned without contacting us first cannot be processed. Please send the item back with all its parts (harness, D-ring, patches) so we can identify your order.

Lifetime guarantee

For the whole life of the harness, we guarantee that the seams, buckles and rings hold up under normal use. If one of these parts breaks, we replace the harness free of charge. Bite damage, loss and normal wear of the fabric are not covered. To make a claim, send us a photo of the damage and your order number at mybellvo@outlook.com. More details on our Guarantee page.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not the one you ordered, write to us right away with a photo and your order number, and we will put it right.

Wrong size

If the size does not fit, write to us within 90 days. We will find a solution with you or give you your money back.

Refunds

We let you know as soon as we have received and checked your return. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have not received your refund 15 business days after approval, contact us at mybellvo@outlook.com.
