Welcome to Bellvo. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Bellvo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this store and website, its content and its products (the "Services"). By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you are of legal age where you live and that the information you give us is accurate and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account details safe.

We do our best to show our products accurately. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen. We may change product descriptions, stop selling a product or limit quantities at any time.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we confirm it and your payment has been processed. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud; if we do, we will tell you and refund any amount paid. For personalized name patches, please check the spelling of the name before ordering: we print exactly what you enter.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency of your market. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, prices do not include import duties or taxes charged by your country. Promotions may have their own conditions.

5. Shipping

Shipping is free. Processing and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy; they are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Returns, refunds and guarantees

Our 90-day money-back guarantee and lifetime guarantee are described in our Refund Policy. They come in addition to your statutory rights.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including texts, images, videos, logos and the Bellvo name, belong to Bellvo or its licensors. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

The Services may include tools or links provided by third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

If you send us reviews, photos or comments, you allow us to use, reproduce and publish them. You confirm that they are truthful and do not infringe anyone's rights.

You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property, to send false or misleading information, to spam or to harm Bellvo, Shopify or other users.

11. Errors

The Services may occasionally contain errors in descriptions, prices or availability. We may correct them and, if necessary, cancel the orders concerned with a full refund.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bellvo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services or products. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

13. Shopify

The store runs on Shopify. Purchases are made directly with Bellvo.
