Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order. We do not charge shipping fees.

Processing time

Your order leaves our warehouse within 24–48 hours (business days). Name patches are made within this time as well.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 8–10 business days after your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with the carrier, customs and peak periods.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel is on its way, you receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link. You can also follow your order on our Track your order page.

Customs and duties

Import duties or taxes charged by your country are not included in the price, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for more than 72 hours, or it shows as delivered but you have not received it, write to us at mybellvo@outlook.com with your order number. We will look into it with the carrier and find a solution with you.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address before you confirm your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible: we can only change the address before the parcel has shipped.
